Our Villa is a superb 5 star executive vacation home for the larger family or group who wants to get away from it all and enjoy the holiday of a lifetime in a luxurious 5 bedroom, 3 bath villa.

The villa is located on the secluded and private, security gated Lake Berkley Resort in Kissimmee , just minutes from Disney World. The community boasts a wonderful clubhouse. Other facilities include resort-sized swimming pool, large sunning deck with chaise lounges, outdoor tiki hut, children's play area, fitness centre, sundry shop, beach volleyball court, video arcade game room, PC's with internet connections and much more.

Spend your days at Disney World, playing golf, shopping or visiting many of the other nearby attractions Florida has to offer, or simply relax in the villa, lazing on the lounges on the sun drenched south facing deck by the heated pool and hot tub or playing in the equipped games area located in the garage where there is a foosball table, pool table, card table and dart board. The sitting room with the TV/VCR, DVD and Playstation 2 which also includes, books, jigsaws, board games and a queen size pullout sofa bed is a great place for everyone to relax.

The villa has been tastefully and luxuriously furnished throughout and includes a vaulted family room which has a TV, VCR, DVD and entertainment centre so you can sit back and watch your favorite movies or listen to some soothing music.

The gourmet-style kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could possibly need to prepare a family feast or a simple snack for the kids. Choose to eat in the formal dining area, or at the breakfast bar in the kitchen, or step out of the family room onto the sun deck where a wonderful barbecue can be prepared and enjoyed by all.

The sleeping accommodation includes 2 master suites with king size beds, they both have en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and bedroom 4 and 5 has twin beds. All bedrooms have ample closet space, Cable TV, hair dryers are provided in all bathrooms. The third bathroom has a door going out to the pool which is very convenient for changing in and out of those wet bathing suites.
